WALCOTT RULED OUT AND FABREGAS COULD MISS THE FINAL

The game against Stoke City in Emirates Stadium was really an important match for Arsenal. They had to collect three points and make the gap within 1 point limit and they finally succeeded.

The game against Stoke City was a chance to decrease the gap between the leading team Manchester United and Arsenal. Although the main striker Robin Van Persie and the central Back Koscielny were absent in that match due to injury suspension, Arsenal looked confident against Stoke City.

The 7th minute corner acted as a luck for the team as Bendtner assist for Squillaci and he scored through header between the center of the post leaving goalkeeper in dilemma. The game responded well till the 13th minute of the game. Suddenly, the Arsenal Captain Cesc Fabregas got his old injury back. He leaved the field and joined the bench due his hamstring problem.

There was more to come after second half as the bull like players from Stoke City repeatedly attacked Arsenal players and Walcott got injured. He was clearly fouled but the referee pointed for the play on signal. That was the worst decision of all till now. He felt in the ground like a wounded animal and the referee was doing nothing. He was subbed by Denilson. Later the doctor found that he too has injured his hamstring.

According to the  Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger after the match, Fabregas has injured his hamstring and he is not sure for Sundays Final match against Birmingham City where as Theo Walcott has seen serious to his injury so he will be out for Sundays Match.

SAMIR NASRI AND ARSHAVIN GOING NOWHERE

Arsenal Midfielder Samir Nasri has linked himself in Arsenal Board informing media that he wont ge going to any other clubs after this season. He has confessed that Arsene Wenger is the best path finder for him.

One of the sport magazine has published that the Frenchman has no intention to leave his current club Arsenal. It has given him a great opportunity to caliber his ability and he wont be heading to any of the clubs without a silverware. He has been doing great in this club and the manager of his Team is fantastic. He keeps on inspiring him to caliber even more and he told that it was him who inspired Samir Nasri get his future.

There is always a hope for a player to win at least a silverware for his team during his play. I came Arsenal to win titles and i am not leaving Arsenal soon without having a single silverware.

I am very flattered to have my name in the transfer list of many big clubs but things are not so simple here. I know what is to be a player and for fans. They just wants their players play good and win trophies for their clubs. I want to the one for them. But sometimes things become complicated and there will be a decision to choose against or for the club. I am happy that such condition has never occurred to me till now.

Right now I am free like a bird. I have my own team and the fan support. Manager is doing great and he is boosting my level. I think i wont be leaving Arsenal so soon at least without winning a silverware. I am thinking to expand my contract at the end of this season.

Andrey Arshavin, the Arsenal midfielder had lost his confidence a few week back, but he has meet his fitness level and the confidence right now when the team needs his best performance. He was pretty happy after scoring a winning goal against Barcelona last week. The 83rd minute goal was the most precious goal for him in his entire life as he scored against the Spaniard giant.

It was the most precious time i played a game against Barca last week. To come as a substitute and score a winning goal against Barcelona is just unimaginable.

When my manager told me to get ready to enter the field I was pretty nervous but when i got there i was confident. When i got chance i took it and scored it. That was what i mean to do.

When i was in the bench the game looked very tough. Barcelona had almost every possession and they were firm. And after i scored the goal, they were attacking strongly. The time i made the mistake was really a great luck to me. Thanks god, they did not scored at that time and thanks to our goalkeeper. We had to be focused in our game and we did it.

As per the transfer subject comes, I think I am happy in this club with such stardom. I am not leaving the club without winning a silverware. I will do what i was brought to do.

ARSENAL RESHUFFLED THEIR SQUAD GETTING NO MORE THAN A UNNECESSARY EQUALIZATION.

The 5th round of FA Cup was played in Matchroom Stadium of Leyton Orient in their home ground. Arsene Wenger was fully conscious about the reshuffling of the team squad for the 5th round of FA Cup. 'Players need some rest. We have reserve team and they will do fine against Leyton Orient.'

There were altogether 10 changes in the squad. Only Sagna and Alex Song were of previous section. Almunia was given chance for goal keeping and Ignasi Miquel was there for his debut match as a defender.

The match was totally dominated by Arsenal, but they failed to score in first half. The cross from Bendtner was successfully utilized by Thomas Rosicky in the 53rd minute of the game and Arsenal lead the game by a goal to nill. The celebration could not last longer when the player from the bench was given permission to enter the field. Tehoue was the player from the home side that came in second half and gave a equalizing goal to the team.

Now Arsenal must play a replay match against Leyton Orient in Emirates Stadium. With their high home support in Emirates, they will be looking forward to win the game with massive goal difference. They are in the FA cup 5th round and they must head forward.

There was a vast difference between the talent among two clubs but the pitch, the crowds and the time was against Arsenal at Matchroom Stadium in that match. The reshuffled team could not show their magic that night.

Arsene Wenger is still surprised by that result as they should have won that match. Arsenal has got best away form and they got equalized with such team. It is again a big fixture for him as he has got busy tie sheet this month.

They must win the next game against Leyton Orient at home to face Manchester United in the FA CUP 6th round.

Make your finger cross and wish them a good luck for up coming match against Stoke City on 23rd February.

BARCELONA FACED ARSENAL GETTING NO MORE THAN A DEFEAT AT EMIRATES STADIUM.

The game at Emirates this morning was really a top class as two top clubs Arsenal and Barcelona faced each others. The game that took place at 17:15 at Emirates Stadium was a thrilling for the Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger for they have not any matches after 1999 against Barcelona.

Barcelona with world no. one player Lionel Messi faced Arsenal having players who just returned from injuries. Alex Song and Samir Nasri were the players who just recovered from injuries and had joined the match to face the Spaniard giant Barcelona.

The Barcelona was too professional in the game with lots of passes and the creation of many chances to score. Messi got a chance to score a goal with one and one against Arsenal goalkeeper Szczesny but the young keeper kept that goal away and saved Arsenal from a gaol down. But Lionel Messi got another chance to dribble out of the three arsenal players and chipped a ball for David Villa, but his time the young goal keeper was outlined by the free striker David Villa and Arsenal was a goal down in 26th minutes.

"There are only two kinds of players in this world one who keep their nerves and win the game and another who does not." Although Arsenal was a goal down within the 26th minutes of the game in their home ground they had never been out of the game. Van Persie's close attempt was blocked by the Barcelona's keeper Valdes and several other attempts were all gone in vein. The halftime whistle had brought a goal against Arsenal.

But the second half was completely in control of the GOONERS. They had ball possession and some dreadful attempts. All frustrations on arsenal fans were reflected on their faces. So Alex Song was substituted with Arshavin and Walcott with Bendtner. Some time after substitution in 68th minute Cilcy attempt to provide a through pass yo Van Persie was successful and this time the Arsenal star take no mistake and scored a goal from a half volley from 5 degree angle to equalize with Barcelona. The fans were falling on him, for his team. On the tough game, Arsenal's captain once again emerge out to provide a healthy through pass to Nasri and Nasri to Arshavin who scored another goal from a one touch style and Arsenal were ahead of the game in 83rd minute of the match. Every one was thrilled after that surprise come back by Arsenal and that was breath taking for Barcelona and ended the game by 2-1.

This win would be a great achievement for Arsenal as they totally dominated Barcelona in second half and changed the face of the game. Now with this narrow win they must hold their win in their away match. Barcelona with strongest in home form and Arsenal in away form will face each other after 3 weeks.

Arsenal Manager was moaning with confidence after his lads secured a good position after they had 2 goals for Barcelona. He was dancing with joy that his lads produced for him.

After the game when he was asked about the game he told," Barcelona totally dominated us in 1st half but we come back in second half and showed our real game in second half. I am really satisfied with the todays result against such giant club Barcelona. Now we have game in 3 weeks and we will try to hold our lead to make a pass to Championship Title."

About players he told, " Van Persie missed 3 chances in first half but with his 1st goal in second half his neutralized his mistakes. Jack Wilshire was in his top form. He was playing the ball confidentially against the top club players and the way he dribble and pass was really a good ones. Fabregas although assisted to goal for second goal was not in his best form. He could do better than that."

Overall the game was fantastic and the Gunners captured the first leg by 2 to 1. The second leg will be after 3 weeks.

Arsene Wenger won't take risk on Nasri's Fitness

'Although we have an important match Wednesday, I am taking no risk on Nasri's fitness. It would be a stupidity if I allow him to play and make other serious injuries that can ruin the rest of the season. We have another Carling Cup Final after three weeks against Leyton Orient and that  makes more sense to me. I am not telling tomorrow game is unimportant but a player must be in his optimum fitness level. He has just overcome his injuries but he is not totally safe from the action'

According to the Arsenal TV online Nasri was seen in practicing but according to his manager he wont be seen in the Wednesday match. The first leg that is to held in Emirates Stadium would be an important match for Arsenal for they had lost against the same team in 2010 UEFA Championship at Quarter Final by 6-3 in aggregate. Arsenal Manager Arsene Wenger had called his first eleven squad:

                            Szczesny(GK)

Sagna       Djourou       Koscielny             Chilcy

                   Wilshire                     A.Song

                                  Fabregas(c)

Walcott                  Van Persie                Arshavin

'We have next game tomorrow and we must attack them and defend our title and thats what Gooners are taught.'

ARSENAL SIDELINED WOLVES BY TWO GOALS

Both goals from Robin Van Persie lead Arsenal to second position of the League ranking making 4 point difference. Fabregas once again played as a role of good path finder for Arsenal as he assisted Robin Van Persie to score goal in 15 minute of the game. The right-footed shot from the 12 yard around the penalty box gave the gunner 1-0 lead in the fifteenth minute. Van Persie score another goal in the 55 minute of the game from 18 yard and this time Theo Walcott was the play maker.

Although Arsenal was forced to share down a point with Newcastle last week, they came with strong determination to win today and they showed. Wolves with a dramatic win over Manchester United last week were comparatively seen weak today in front of The Gunners. Robin Van Persie once again missed to complete his second hat trick this season but he scored the valuable 2 goals to lessen the points between Manchester United and Manchester City.

With this win Arsenal is 4 points ahead of Manchester City with a game in hand and 4 points after Manchester United with equal games played.

Manchester United too won the match against Manchester City by 2-1. So they are again at the front of the line to get Silverware followed by Arsenal to second and then Manchester City.

Arsenal Vs Wolverhampton, Match Preview and Starting 11

MATCH REVIEW
Arsenal who have six unbeaten streak are a great competitor to Wolves. Where as Wolves won the unbeaten Manchester United last week.

Arsenal was forced to share down a point each with Newcastle after loosing 4-0 lead against Newcastle they are likely to be more conscious. Those 10 men were incapable to hold the lead after a frantic decision given against Arsenal's man Diaby i.e red carded.

Samir Nasri, Thomas Vermaelen and Fabianski are still out of sight for Arsenal for their injury. Abou Diaby was a real beast for attacking other players last week. He is out for 3 matches and Rosicky is still out of form although he scored a goal for his country yesterday.

But according to the Arsenal TV online Alex song, Denilson and Djourou are back from their bed and are likely to join the match against Wolverhampton. Djourou who score a heading goal will be in his position and may give Arsenal a victory.

So,Arsenal are likely to start with: Szczesny, Sagna, Suillaci, Koscielny, Clichy, Song, Fabregas, Denilson, Walcott, Robin Van Persie and Arsavin.

ARSENE; NASRI AND VERMAELEN COULD BE IN FOR BARCELONA MATCH.

Arsene Wenger revealed that his promising players Vermaelen and Samir Nasri will be back next week. The defender and the midfielder can be back next week to the Arsenal Squad.

According to the Arsenal TV Online, Arsene Wenger told that Samir Nasri is continuing his progress over his fitness but he also quoted that at his moment its really hard to say he is fully prepared for the battle although he has already resumed his training season.

With Belgian defender Thomas Vermaelen, he told that the 26 years old defender has been progressing dramatically well and he is keen to play against Barcelona. But he said he would first play in reserve team before entering those great battles. He would probably be fit enough to face Barcelona in 2nd Leg.

While the swiss defender Johan Djourou and the Brazilian midfielder have recovered fully from the injuries, so they will be back on field facing Wolves probably the greatest throne of Arsenal since they beat the Unbeaten Manchester United last week. Johan Djourou who scored a goal against Newcastle last week would play as a center defender today.

WHO'S GONNA BE OUR GOALKEEPER?

Arsenal is really facing a great problem with the goalkeepers at this moment. Fabianski out for rest of the season, Almunia out form and Szczesny lacking experience. Who is going to be our real goal keeper.
Does Arsene Wenger really plan to sign new Goalkeeper this summer?
Pepe Reina, Is he going to join Arsenal?

According to his interview, he would be looking forward to join either Manchester United or Arsenal if Liverpool fails to be in top 4 this season. He wants to hold the silverware again and he could go in either of the two clubs to quench his thirst. Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger would be happy to bring the Reds to his home. Arsenal is badly in need of experienced goalkeeper and the interview published by Reina may add a kind of illusion to Wenger's mind.

Should we welcome him if Arsenal bids Pepe Reina?

WOLVES WITH HIGH CONFIDENCE FACING ARSENAL

Wolves manager Mick McCarthy believes that they may get victory after a dramatic win over Manchester United last Saturday at Molineux. After the astonishing match against Manchester United they were the real 'Giant Killers'. They tend to beat Arsenal after they broke record of Unbeaten Flight of Man Utd. The valuable 2 goals from his team succeeded them to break the wall of unbeaten streak of Manchester United this season.

After beating the European giant Manchester United, they claim to response better with the Gooners. Arsene Wenger is keen to win the valuable 3 point from Wolves but he know that would be another breath taking moment for their team after they failed to hold the 4-0 lead with Newcastle.

Arsenal is in real pain this moment as their favorite players are in the injured desk with red carded Diaby. Samir Nasri needs another 3 weeks to be fit enough to be on the ground. Same case with Alex Song and Vermeelan. Arsene Wenger is feeling lucky after their players returned to the training without any injuries Woes.

Although they lost to hold the 4-0 lead, Arsenal is always front to challenge any sorts of giant killers. Wolves are eager to play match against Arsenal and Arsenal are confident to defend with their cannons like players.

Jack Wilshire on his debut win against Denmark

The 19 years old midfielder was delighted to have his debut win against Denmark last night. The match against Denmark was won by England scoring 2 goals to 1. Jack Wilshire was in the position of of Frank Lampard. He played fantastic first half and was replaced at interval. Fabio Capello the England Coach was pleased with him as he was playing in usual form and defended well.

Danial Agger was the first to score against England but they equalize after 10 minutes and Aston Villa's man D. Bent scored goal in second half and Englang won the match ny 2-1.

ARSENAL FORCED TO SHARE A POINT

Arsenal was forced to share down 1 point each after Newcastle came to equalize after second half. The match which was totally in control for Arsenal came to a dramatic end. The drama was with Newcastle at St James' Park after astounding comeback from Newcastle. 37 second Theo Walcott goal with 2 Goals from Van Persie and a wonderful heading goal from Djourou went to vein after a dramatic come back from Newcastle.

The Arsenal's captain Cesc Fabregas could do nothing for such drama. The game that was perfectly managed by his team went to a surprise end after his team mate Diaby failed to stop his anger and got red card from the officials. The game that was to be in gunners side was mistakenly equalized by the opponents.

There were many controversial decisions from the match officials after they gave two silly penalties to the Newcastle. The game was to be in favor of THE GUNNERS but the Referee was likely towards Newcastle.

Arsene Wenger was speechless after those serious reactions of Diaby and the penalties decisions. By this game Arsenal is in second place with 50 points, 4 points after Manchester United and a point ahead Manchester City. The next game is with Wolves who broke the unbeaten history of Manchester United. The home match really makes a sense to THE GUNNERS as they must win the game to be in the title race.

CAN ARSENAL DEFEND BARCELONA?

The game against Barcelona for THE GUNNERS will be their breathtaking match as they will face the Spaniard Giant Barcelona in UEFA championship for the qualifying match. Arsenal will be welcoming Barcelona to their home in Wednesday match. The gunners were beaten by Barcelona last year in UEFA cup at quarter final match.

Arsene Wenger is tensed as his best mid-fielders Samir Nasri and Alex Song and center back Thomas Vermeelan are injured and are most probably miss the match day. Alex Song is back for 21 days so do Samir Nasri for 4 weeks and Vermeelan for at least 1 month. Arsene Wenger must be hard as stone to stop those powerful attacks from Barcelona.

Cesc Fabregas will definitely make his secret strategy to hold his team to front. Djourou will probably join the team mates after 7 days, so he is in for the the match against BARCA.
