Another Disappointing result at Emirates. Arsenal was to collect 3 valuable points from the Reds but they lacked serious chances. The game ended with a score 1-1 after both team got penalty on 97th and 101th minutes taken by Robin Van Persie for Arsenal and Dirt Kyut for Liverpool.
The First half was unimaginable as Arsenal was dominant in the game and they had 63% ball possession. There was no goal till 90th minutes so 8 minutes extra time was added where Fabregas was fouled in the penalty Area and Robin Van Persie take it brilliantly took the goal in 98th minutes. The referee had to blow the whistle as soon as the ball kick offed but i don't know what there because they played for 102 minutes that means 12 minutes extra time which was supposed to be only 8 minutes.
It was all against Arsenal. By this equalize Arsenal is 6 points behind Manchester United and the hope for titles is slowly fading out.
There was lot and lots of chance for Gunners but luck didn't favored Arsenal.
The next game is against Tottenham i.e an away game. Arsenal had lost in home ground Emirates Stadium at last kick off by 2-3.
Will Arsenal has still hope to gain Silverware?
