5 reasons why Arsenal should Sell Robin Van Persie

Robin Van Persie has officially denied to renew his contract with Arsenal which last till 30/06/2013, approximately 11 months from now.

28 years old Dutch International, who will turn to 29 from 6th of August is an injury prone player.
Robin Van Persie's Injury history.

5 reasons why Arsenal should sell Robin Van Persie:

  1. Injury Prone:
Robin Van Persie had 1 injury free good season and he thinks he's one of the finest strikers in the world. He's injury prone and 1 good season from him doesn't mean we can expect similar seasons in coming days. It's time to offload injury prone players like him.

  2. Arsenal Youth Policy:
Robin Van Persie who turns to 29 next month will probably have 2-3 good seasons in his career. Wenger needs to sign some talented young striker like 23 years old Polish International Lewandowski who's young and affordable.

  3. Good Business:
Robin Van Persie is in his peak form and it will be a good business to sell 29 years old striker to richer clubs like Manchester City, Real Madrid, Juventus or Barcelona at right price. It's been reported that Van Persie's been offered 30 M by Manchester City. If that is true why not sell Robin Van Persie and bring some clinical striker like Stevan Jovetic, Llorente or Lewandowski at half the price we sell Van Persie. We can even strengthen our Left back and Midfield position with remaining money.
  4. Disrespectful to Arsenal F.C:
According to his official website he said Arsenal needs to impress him by buying some world class players. We survived to top 4 even when we had no Theirry Henry, Reyes, Bergkamp, Patrick Vieira, Fabregas, Nasri, Clichy etc. I have faith in Arsene Wenger that even if Van Persie leaves Arsenal we will finish above Spurs and Chelsea. Who the hell he is to teach Arsene Wenger run Arsenal FC which he has been running successfully with young players.
I wonder if he is complaining Arsenal board to change Arsenal Manger "Arsene Wenger."
The man who brought him to Arsenal is now questioning over Wenger's youth policy, his strategy and his professionalism. He must have forgotten the truth that when Wenger brought him to Arsenal he was young 20 years old kid.
  5. Dutch Jinx:
No hard feelings to Dutch supporters but Robin Van Persie's side has not won anything since 2005 ever since he started playing regularly for Arsenal FC.

It's just my view, nothing more. I am sorry to Van Persie's supporters to be rude as i am just showing my frustration to his decision.
