After last week performance against Stoke City, Arsenal has confirmed they need to change their team and game plan. Arsene Wenger had told that they must seriously maintain their defensive line to be strong in Premier league.
For Arsenal Thomas Vermeelan would be back in the squad. Fabregas and Nasri who will face late fitness test today would decide them to play against Villa. Fabregas and Nasri would be back to their position to get victory over Villa at Emirates if they pass fitness test today. Aron Ramsey who had played about 60 minutes last week against Stoke City would be on the substitute group.
In their last meeting, Arsenal had won Aston Villa by 4 goals to 2 at Villa Park. Aston Villa has not won against Arsenal since 2008 but presence of Darren Bent for Villa would be a fearful match to Arsenal. The English national striker would be the most noticeable player at Emirates.
