Fabregas Transfer Chronicles

The worlds best football club Barcelona earlier has made an initial bid of €30 million for the Gunners midfielder that is Cesc Fabregas, but the offer was turned down by them as the amount seemed low.

The Spanish giant is thinking to make an improved bid of €35 million for the arsenal skipper which is still below arsenals expectation.

Last season Arsene Wenger turned down the offer that was made for the 24 year old midfielder. Fabregas did not have a good season; his contributions to the team have lowered.

It has been reported that the La Liga champions are not going to spend more than €45 million this transfer season of summer. Another source from The Telegraph said that the Spanish giants will be thinking of increasing the bid to €40 million.

Fabregas also has the desire to join Barcelona which can be said from a reported interview quoting "Barça are the best team in the world, and going there guarantees titles”. He admits joining Barcelona would be satisfying.

The transfer amount is not the major factor affecting the transfer process some key players of the gunners are also part of the 24 year olds fate. The skipper’s transfer depends upon Samir Nasiri’s contract renewal and also dependent on the transfer of Ricardo Alvarez.

Wenger not interested to sell Nasri to Manchester United

Nasri’s future in arsenal

Samir nasri is out of contract next summer so Arsenals boss Arsene wenger has sat down with the 23 year old to discuss his future with the gunners.

Nasri is in great form this campaign and has performed great. Due to his potential and his expiring contract, the Red devils have put their eyes on the French midfielder. It has been reported that Manchester United are ready to invest a £20 million bid to get a hold of the French footballer.

Nasri has reportedly been offered a new five year deal earning £80,000 a week by Arsenal.

Arsene wenger has ruled out any possibility of nasri joining the red devils
Quoting “one thing's for sure, we're not selling him to United.'

But Nasri has stunned arsenal buy denying to have ruled out a sensational offer from Barclays Premier League Champions Manchester United. So the question waits, what will be the REAL DEAL?

Ricardo Alvarez will enter Emirates within this week

Arsenals one of the targeted player’s Ricardo Alvarez

Arsenal has been observing argentine midfielder Ricardo Alvarez. The attacking midfielder currently plays for Club Atlético Vélez Sársfield and is out of contract at the end of the season. The 23 year old midfielder becomes the first arsenal transfer of the summer window.Last month arsenal were in negotiations for the 23 year old but the process was stalled after velez sarsfield president Fernando Raffaini demanded £11 million to emirates executive Richard law.

But, Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini has claimed that Ricardo Alvarez has signed for Arsenal. The Serie A side also had their eyes on the midfielder but he has turned down the Serie A side to join the gunners.

On an interview in Radio KISS KISS Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini said “We were interested in Alvarez, we were very close to him in January”.

"We lost him due to our mistake and I know that he has already signed for Arsenal."

If Alvarez joins arsenal as expected gunners skipper Fabregas may join Barcelona as Alvarez plays in the same position as Fabregas.

Gael Clichy wants to switch Liverpool despite Roma's bumper offer

Gael Clichy wants to move Liverpool despite Roma offered him £30 millions wages for 5 years. Contract ends after a year but Clichy has made his mind to make an exit from Emirates this season.

Liverpool who had offered   £5 millions,   £2 millions less than Roma's offer is more likely to win the battle for left defender.   "£7 millions contract fee and   £30 millions wage for 5 years bumper offer is not attracting Clichy," writes The Sun.

Kenny Dalglish wants Clichy to sign for Liverpool as his defender Glen Johnson failed was totally out of form last season. Paul Konchesky also failed to impress his boss after returning from Fulham. Dalglish desperately wants a qualified defender for the team at this moment to fill the gap in starting 11.

The 25 years old Arsenal wants to play under Dalglish next season.  Arsenal are therefore searching his replacement despites current failure to sign Samba and Cahill. They are negotiating with Everton star Phil Jagielka but have not finalized the decision yet.

NO Samba but Phil Jagielka might wear Red and White shirt

Arsenal resumed linking Phil Jagielka

Arsenal have relinked Everton defender Phil Jagielka to pursuit England star to Arsenal again this season but they have to work hard on this.

Arsene Wenger had previously linked with Phil Jagielka last year but he could not lure the Everton defender to Arsenal as Everton seemed reluctant to sell his player then. This was a year ago but Arsenal is in the verge to sign a qualified defender this year and he could be the one.

Wenger has been given  £60 millions this season to invest on new players, although some of the players are making an exit from Emirates. Chilcy, who has been attracted to AS Roma is likely to leave Arsenal at  £30 millions for 5 years contract. Moreover, Roma director Walter Sabatini is willing to offer another player and    £7 millions for the left back.

Arsenal, who had linked Samba this season has failed again to sign the defender to Emirates.
Anuradha Desai, The owner of the club said,
"We don't want to let Chris go. I'm confident that we can keep him and I hope he'll stay.
I know he has an ambition to play for Arsenal but I hope we can keep him for another year at least and prove our own ambition."
This clearly speculates, Samba will not move Arsenal this year too. Signing 5 years contract with Blackburn  last summer, the club representatives are more likely not to sell their defender this season after loosing Phil Jones to Manchester United.

José Manuel Jurado, An Ideal Replacement for Fabregas

Jose Manuel Jurado, Spanish player and FC Shalke 04 attacking midfielder would be an better option for Arsene Wenger to choose, if Cesc Fabregas leaves Arsenal this season. According to the Sun, Arsenal manager had sent his spies to watch the Spanish and is set to make a bid of £7.5 millions.

24 years old Shalke star possess good dribbling and play making skills and has a very effective shot off the dribble. 6 assists and 9 goals in 46 appearances last season was pretty impressive. Real Madrid Youth system's product, José Manuel Jurado had previously played for Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid before joining FC Shalke 04 in 2010.

In a press conference, Fabregas has told that he will follow his boss decision. Although, Fabregas has admitted his love towards Arsenal, he seems more attracted to his home club Barcelona and he will certainly choose Barca, if Arsene Wenger allows him.

José Manuel Jurado is an ideal replacement for Cesc Fabregas, if he leaves Arsenal this season. He was the most valuable player for Shalke as he helped the club to reach Semis of Champions League last season. I can assure he will meet our expectation, if he enters Emirates.

Arsenal to sign Gervinho within next two days

Gervinho looking better in Red and White

Although, the picture is edited, the Ivory Coast star is looking great in Arsenal new home shirt.

The Ligue 1 champions, Lille has claimed that the talks over Arsenal is progressing but they have not completed the deal yet.

Newcastle, Tottenham and Manchester City who have joined the race to sign Gervinho are still behind Arsenal. Arsenal who is set to complete the deal with £10.5 millions has not completed the deal yet.

Frederic Paquet, the General Manager of Lille has quoted in press conference that Gervinho wants to leave French Leagues to English. In recent days he has been attracted to Arsenal more than any other clubs. That was the reason why they had turned down £12 millions offer from Tottenham. Also he added, Gervinho was offered a good deal from their rivals Paris St Germain but they turned down that offer too.

Arsenal is in the verge to sign Gervinho probably by next week.
On latest news, Lille Manager Federic Paquet has told to mercato365.com, "
The deal will be completed by next week probably.
There are negotiations going on between two clubs. It is on track or not, I can't tell you but it is certain that if Gervinho leaves Lille, Arsenal will be the only club to sign him first.
Gervinho in these recent days is attracted to Arsenal and neither of the other clubs are able to lure him. I am sure he chose the best.

On the other hand, Bendtner, Denilson, Alumina have talked to exit Arsenal this summer and Arsenal is on its way to sign Gervinho. It is good if Arsenal signs him as soon as possible.

Fabregas not leaving Arsenal this summer.

"Arsene Wenger will decide if I am to be sold"- Cesc

Cesc Fabregas has said it is up to Arsene Wenger to determine his future. FC Barcelona targets Cesc has admitted that Wenger would be the decision maker to sell him or not. In a press conference held in Madrid, the Arsenal skipper told he is having great time at Arsenal and it seems he will not try to force a move to Barcelona.

"I am an Arsenal player and I am happy happy here," he told. Leaving it all to Wenger he admitted, "Wenger is the boss, the boss and he will decide if I am sold or not. We always stayed at the gates of everything" but acknowledged his frustration ,"The player who does not feel frustrated at not winning titles lie."

He also praised the Spanish giants Barcelona: "Barca are a great team, best in the world right now. All players in the world want to go there, titles are guaranteed". He has hinted that this summer would be different from last that was rife with speculation: "My way of working has always been discreet and I will try to always be so”Last year perhaps I was in the wrong."

Cesc has been the center of speculation over a move to Spanish Giant Barcelona for number of years now as many Barca supporters believe he wants to return his home club this summer but it seems this summer would be same as before as speculated.

You can take Gervinho but not Eden Hazard

Lille has confirmed not to sell Eden hazard but has given green signal to Gervinho for 'Advance talks'

Lille general director Frederic Paquet has confirmed that Lille will not be selling Eden Hazard this summer to any other clubs. Despites rumors linked to Hazard with different English clubs like Arsenal, Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester City, Lille general director has made his decision not to sell his striker.

Lille star Eden Hazard was crowned the player of the year in Ligue 1 this season. Hazard was the key player for Lille to win Coupe de France and Ligue 1.

Although, Arsenal targeted both Eden hazard and Gervinho, they have failed to lure Eden Hazard but finalized the deal with Gervinho. Lille has revealed that they had turned down €12 million offer from Tottenham Hotspur last week for Gervinho and have entered into the negotiation with Gervinho.

General Director Frederic Paquet said,
"Gervinho wants to leave the club and is in advanced talks with Arsenal. We will soon discuss with them to see what they want. He has expressed his desire to move to England. We'll see what happens now."

"Paris Saint-Germain have made an enquiry, but we have no intention of selling to domestic rivals. Gervinho chose to leave for England, so that limits the options. We will soon meet with Arsenal and see what they offer. He clearly is a player of value."

"Today it's clear, and we've agreed with the player, we want to be together next season. On the other side, it would be a lie to say that we would not be made to think by an indecent sum. There are no numbers."

"Nothing is better than something." No matters Eden Hazard rejects our offer, we will have Gervinho standing in red and white. Cheers Gunners.

A joke "Sergio Ramos has confirmed he will be moving to Arsenal this Summer"

Sergio Ramos has finally decided to join Arsenal this summer.

What if the news was a joke?

25 years old Spanish defender has decided to move into United Kingdom this summer after completing 6 years in Madrid. Sergio Ramos has confirmed he will be moving to Arsenal this Summer, to ensure he never drops a trophy again. Arsenal who have been attracted to Sergio Ramos since 2010, has finally got an opportunity to invite this Real Madrid defender.

Brazilian right-back Maicon looks set to finally join his former boss Jose Mourinho at Real Madrid, as La Gazzetta Dello Sport and other Italian sources report Inter have accepted an offer from the Spaniards. Corriere Della Sera has also reported that a €20 million fee plus undefined bonuses has been agreed between the two clubs.

If Maicon enters Real Madrid, Sergio Ramos will only be an option for Mourinho. Sergio Ramos wants exit from the club as no player wants 2nd position in the team. Arsenal who had been attracted to Ramos since 2010 would be a perfect club for him.

Sergio Ramos had disputes inside the club. Many had reported that Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo broke out with Sergio Ramos inside dressing room last season. Ever since that fight occurred, Sergio Ramos wanted to leave Real Madrid but some how the board of directors had backed him to play for the season. Now, Real Madrid are trying to bring Maicon and this clearly speculates, Real Madrid is finding a defender to replace Sergio Ramos.

Since, Clichy is linked with Liverpool this season, Arsenal would find someone to replace him. Sergio Ramos will be a perfect replacement for him, if he joins Arsenal this summer.

If it was for real, Arsenal could have achieved something next season. What if Sergio Ramos signs for Arsenal? What if Arsenal brings Maicon this summer? What if.....

Arsenal finally getting into Blackburn Defender Samba

Rumors informally ends between Arsenal and Samba

Arsenal has finally concluded the ongoing rumors with Christopher Samba. The Congo International has finally admitted to join Arsenal within this week. Arsenal who had offered £10 millions before would spend more to lure this center back into the club. The transaction fee will however remain undisclosed.

Lambert, the Blackburn Star's agent revealed, "Samba wanted to leave the Club a year ago but we had backed him to stay at the club and play. But, not this time, he has already spent 5 years at Blackburn and now he wants to play for big clubs and win some trophies. Arsenal was one of the several clubs attracted to Samba and they wanted to sign him on January but then the club had a meeting and stopped him from moving."

Samba who had arrived North London on 11 June has finally completed his deal with Arsenal today. "The official contract would however be finalized by Sunday. It is a great day for Samba because he has finally assured a place in a high profiled club like Arsenal." , says his agents Lambert and Wiltgen.

Despites Arsene Wenger failing to sign Samba's club mate Phil Jones, he does not want to fail again. Although, he was linked with Wenger from the previous transfer season, he had not got chance to make a open meeting with Wenger. This meeting has informally completed the gap between Arsenal and Samba.

Samba told, "I was a privilege to play alongside Phil Jones. He has a great prospect for the future and I hope to play against him in big matches."

It would be a great match when Arsenal will face Manchester United as these two club mates will face each other as rivals.

Samba in North London. Twitter shows Samba is more likely to join Arsenal very soon.

Date: 6/12/2011 Samba found tweeting from North London.

1st Tweet: "long journey, but finally arrived in London." June 11
2nd Tweet: "very positive weekend, going to relax today, whats everybody doing?" June 12
Link: (to twitter)

Christopher Samba, A Blackburn defender was found twitting from North London a day before. Samba, who has been linked with Arsenal from the beginning of the transfer season had arrived North London on June 11. He had tweeted about him in twitter on the same day he arrived here.

I am sure he is not here for any kind of vacation. A player who had been heavily linked with Arsenal previously has arrived at North London. Now,you can speculate why he is here.

Samba revealed that he was close to join Arsenal last transfer season on January but some how the contract could not exist. But, Samba wants to play for Arsenal as is eager to move to a club challenging for the Champions League. Among Liverpool, Tottenham, Aston Villa and Arsenal, Arsenal is the only club that could find a way to Champions League. However, Arsenal's previous £10 million bid was unsuccessful and ever since Arsene Wenger had lost the fight against Manchester United for Phil Jones, he seemed more active in transfer market. He could have called him for discussions at North London.

The 26 years old Blackburn star has already spent his 5 years at Blackburn and wants to try some more adventures this season. His main target would be Champions League entrance.
Samba said,
"Many clubs have spoken to my agent. however I cannot fully comment on my future, as I need to make decisions."
"Football is more important than money, my aim is play in big football matches"

Gervinho has given Wenger his word to join Arsenal

Todays L'Equipe says Gervinho has given Wenger his word he'll join.

The Ivorian international and Lille star Gervinho has finally agreed to sign a contract with Arsenal. Despites some rumors linked with Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester City, Gervinho has given his words to Arsene Wenger to join Arsenal as soon as possible says Todays L'Equipe, French nationwide daily newspaper devoted to sports.

The 24 years Lille star will probably sign a new contract for Arsenal by the end of this week. The probable contract fee would be around £12 millions. Apart from Manchester City involved in this fight, who had offered more wage for him than Arsenal, Gervinho has clearly mentioned not to join any other clubs.

Gervinho would be a perfect replacement for Bendtner and Chamakh at front line. He has scored 28 goals in 67 appearance at Lille. 5 goals in 19 appearances in international matches from Ivory Coast is pretty impressive. The 5'11" Lille star has set a high profile in Ligue 1.

He had rejected offers from Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester City. Seb Boisseau, Gervinho's agent had confessed,

"It is difficult for me to discuss the situation because it is confidential, but it is true that many clubs in England have contacted us concerning the availability of Gervinho."

“But we have not only spoken to clubs in England, but also Italy, Germany, Spain and France. The player wants to leave Lille and his priority is a move to England, however, it is difficult for me to speak about one club for the player. He wants to leave and has contacts with England and he is determined to play in the Premier League next season."

“I do not know,” continued Boisseau. “For the moment he wants to think about Arsenal, Manchester City, and other clubs. It is difficult for me to comment, as you have good information and sometimes wrong information, but it is not good for me to comment, or for the clubs, or for Lille.

“For the moment it is confidential, and we will wait until Gervinho makes an agreement with one club."

“I think a decision will be made regarding his future by the end of the week.”

It was an issue a week before but the agreement between Boisseau and Arsene Wenger has come to an end after they gave their word to sign for Arsenal. Gervinho and his agent Boisseau will be signing a contract by the end of this week. Arsenal who is currently in need of Striker would be happy to welcome him.

Arsenal fans would be happy to see him wearing red and white shirt after Arsene Wenger has shown some positive response in Transfer Market.

Arsenal rejected Barcelona offer again

Arsenal has rejected a " £34M-plus-Bojan or Thiago" bid for midfielder Cesc Fabregas.

Barcelona who wants to sign Arsenal skipper Cesc Fabregas has failed again to meet Arsenal expectation. Barcelona had offered Thiago and Bojan with £34 millions but Arsenal have asked £45 millions without other players involved.

Cesc, who wanted to join his home club would be free unless Arsene Wenger find his exact value from Barcelona. He would rather want some more cash from Barcelona instead of some middle class players like Bojan and Thiago.

Arsenal is currently holding good position at midfield and they need to rectify some defensive and attacking sides. Van Persie alone seems unable to carry out the ball. Since Oxlade Chamberlain and Girvinho are joining Arsenal, Bojan would not be needed for Arsenal on wing. We have lots of midfielders talented and young. Jack Wiltshire and Aron Ramsey are doing good at midfield. Arsenal at this stage doesn't want Thiago in midfield. If Arsenal could bring Parker from West Ham, he would fulfill the gap of Fabregas, if he leaves.

It is more liable to Arsene Wenger to ask more money for such world class player. He worths more than £34 millions. Apart from heavy links from Barcelona, there are more clubs like Manchester City and Real Madrid willing to sign Cesc. Cesc in other hand wants to join either Barcelona or simply carry out his job at Arsenal.

Oxlade Chamberlain to Arsenal on 1st of July

Arsenal has finally assured a deal with Oxlade Chamberlain, an English born youngster and a Southhampton guy. Despites many top clubs like Liverpool and Manchester United were fighting for this wonder kid to bring him to their clubs, it seems Arsene Wenger has lured this Southhampton boy towards Arsenal for £12 millions.

He is from the same club that had produced star like Theo Walcott. He is capable of mainatining pace and is also recognized as a sharp shooter. Moreover, he is also called as 2nd Gaerath Bale. Arsenal was linked with Chamberlain for past two years and finally the Gunners have finalized the deal with Chamberlain.

Mark Chamberlain, father of Oxlade Chamberlain wants his son play for Arsenal. In a press conference he had told:

"Considering where he was at the beginning of the season and end of last season, to have the clubs we’ve been hearing about looking at him, he’s made great strides. But watching him and watching his performances I think it’s well deserved."

“He’s only going to get better. A lot of people speak to me and say, ‘Maybe it’s too soon - look at Theo.’ But for me, I think Theo’s doing fantastic, he’s developing as a player, he’s still developing and he’s only young."

“To develop at a place like Arsenal can’t be a bad thing. In my eyes, I’d like him to go there as soon as possible, and continue his development.”

A perfect replacement for Bendtner or Chamakh. Many critics have been raising their voice against Arsene Wenger for he is signing another youngster but he would sure be a perfect Gunner. Just we need to wath him play next season.
