Vito Mannone |
Arsenal 4th choice keeper, Vito Mannone asked Arsene Wenger to give him a chance in starting 11 or let him go as he reveals he is not satisfied with his current position in the club.
Vito says, "The ideal situation would be to let me go on loan and then make it permanent."The 23 years old Italian keeper is a home grown player in Arsenal, who has made 9 appearances for the club so far. Currently considered as 4th choice keeper after Szczesny, Fabianski and Almunia, Vito Mannone wants to play regularly from his parent club. He told that he would leave the club, if he doesn't get any chance to play from Arsenal in Premier League.
There's not much between him and szczesny.
ReplyDeleteYeah...
ReplyDeleteBut should he leave the club?
I think he has got some potential. He was awarded Man of the Match award against Fulham in 2009/10 when Arsenal won the match by 1-0.
He was also there against New York Red Bulls in Emirates cup when Arsenal drew the match by conceding own goal.
He is really a talented goal keeper. He has a point when he says he wants to quit because of lack of enough time on picth.Manone is far better than manual.
