The worlds best football club Barcelona earlier has made an initial bid of €30 million for the Gunners midfielder that is Cesc Fabregas, but the offer was turned down by them as the amount seemed low.
The Spanish giant is thinking to make an improved bid of €35 million for the arsenal skipper which is still below arsenals expectation.
Last season Arsene Wenger turned down the offer that was made for the 24 year old midfielder. Fabregas did not have a good season; his contributions to the team have lowered.
It has been reported that the La Liga champions are not going to spend more than €45 million this transfer season of summer. Another source from The Telegraph said that the Spanish giants will be thinking of increasing the bid to €40 million.
Fabregas also has the desire to join Barcelona which can be said from a reported interview quoting "Barça are the best team in the world, and going there guarantees titles”. He admits joining Barcelona would be satisfying.
The transfer amount is not the major factor affecting the transfer process some key players of the gunners are also part of the 24 year olds fate. The skipper’s transfer depends upon Samir Nasiri’s contract renewal and also dependent on the transfer of Ricardo Alvarez.
